Where Can I Buy Libeeration Beer ((HOT))

Libeeration: a fun beer, light in color and flavor, with notes reminiscent of the eight different herbs and flowers that are brewed into it. This beer, however, is more than just another cleverly crafted brew. It stands for something bigger; it encourages the largely male dominated craft beer industry to engage in a conversation about celebrating women throughout all stages of life.

Francis and Gallagher have created Libeeration as a unique way to empower women. A glass or bottle of Libeeration is a tangible piece of history that reminds us that women, specifically those in their 50s and 60s, are both important customers and avid beer drinkers. In fact, they are so important that they deserve their own kind of beer that is tailored towards their individual needs as women experiencing menopause.

It is important that Libeeration brings the topic of menopause to the forefront and catalyzes a dialogue about it. This de-stigmatizes the way some perceive menopause, and even offers some relief to those who are experiencing its symptoms. So, we tip our hats to Gallagher and Francis for their new forward-thinking brew.

The brewery, the brainchild of former Reel Big Fish trombonist Dan Regan, had a soft opening on April 19, 2018, and celebrated its grand opening less than two weeks later on May 3. Since then, the taproom has served the community cold beer and served as a hub for political conversations and community events.

Early in the pandemic, the chicken-beer partnership was extremely beneficial because having a permanent food vendor and the proper license allowed the brewery to reopen sooner than many other businesses, Regan said.

Libeeration is a gruit style brew made with herbs and flowers believed to relieve symptoms of menopause like sleeplessness, hot flashes and mood swings. It will be released at the brewery on Thursday, Oct. 5. Joanne Francis, creative director and co-owner of The Portsmouth Brewery and Smuttynose Brewing Company with her longtime partner Peter Egelston, came up with idea for this beer after more than two decades in a heavily male dominated industry.

Libeeration contains a combination of ingredients herbalists use to help women dealing with hormone shifts that come with age, including Motherwort, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Stinging Nettle, Mugwort, Rose, Chickweed and Damiana. A small dose of saphir hops in the secondary fermentation adds a pleasant tangerine note to the finish and can help with sleep, according to Matt Gallagher.

More info: Libeeration will be available on draught and in bottles until it runs out. It could be days or weeks. There will be bottles available for a limited time in the retail store at 56 Market St. Visit

Liberation Ale is a well-balanced and morish beer with a hint of citrus on the nose. It is the perfect accompaniment to seafood, pasta and salads and none more so than when local produce is used. It also goes extremely well with some of the Genuine Jersey mature and crumbly cheeses.Winner of the Gold Medal in the International Cask Ale category at the International Brewing Industry Awards.

As the trombonist for the Orange County ska/punk band Reel Big Fish, not only did Dan Regan see the world and play to thousands of music fans over the years, he also discovered something else he loved just about as much as music: beer.

Located in a space that formerly housed a 98 Cent store, the five-barrel facility includes a 750-square-foot tasting room where people will be able to try a variety of beers such as saisons, ales, IPAs, Belgians, porters among others.

For decades, the Oglala Sioux Tribe has called for an end to alcohol sales at a trading post commonly referred to as Whiteclay, located near the Pine Ridge Reservation border and established over 100 years ago for the sole purpose of dealing alcohol to the residents of Pine Ridge where alcohol sales are prohibited.

On April 30, after more than a century, the external flow of alcohol from this beer-trading post onto the reservation, which has had so many negative consequences for the tribal nation, finally came to a halt.

The Nebraska state liquor board voted unanimously in April to deny liquor licenses to Whiteclay beer stores. The closures are a win in the fight against colonial violence; however, they may only be temporary. The case is now headed to the state Supreme Court.

Whiteclay is not a normal village or town. It has no town government or services. In fact, it only boasts of having nine residents and four beer stores that at their peak in 2010 sold 5 million cans of beer to Pine Ridge residents, or 13,000 cans per day. There are no banks on Pine Ridge, so the beer stores double as predatory lenders, cashing welfare and tax refund checks at exorbitant rates.

The result: 80 percent of residents in Oglala Lakota County, where Pine Ridge is located, are unemployed. One-third of homes lack running water or electricity. Average life expectancy is less than in India, Sudan and Iraq.

Seven regular beers make up the core range, including Liberation Ale, Liberation IPA and Herm Gold, while its Wave Rider seasonal range features a quarter of beers including the amber-coloured session IPA Point Break and the Pacific pale ale Longboard. Even though the brewery is based on the island of Jersey it delivers its beer throughout the Channel Isles and across the rest of the UK. It is no stranger to awards either, with Liberation Ale taking gold in the cask category at the International Brewing Awards in 2011 and 2013, and silver in 2017; meanwhile Liberation IPA has won several awards at the prestigious SIBA (Society of Independent Brewers) Tuckers Maltings Beer Festival in Newton Abbot. Not bad for a brewery founded when Queen Victoria was on the throne!

The beer, named Libeeration, is a gruit style ale containing a combination of ingredients, including motherwort, lemon balm, chamomile, stinging nettle, mugwort and rose, designed to help women deal with the hormone changes that come with age. The beer is finished with Saphir hops, which add a tangerine note to the finish and can help with sleep.

This Saison has a harmonious blend of both spice and fruit. White pepper and citrus are big players in this beer, with just enough malt to round out the profile. This beer uses locally grown Munich malt from Admiral Maltings. I had this beer both on tap and in the bottle. The bottle version was my favorite, the carbonation level in the bottle was perfect.

What better way to beat the heat than with a tropical wheat? Bearded Iris has the beer of the summer with Landscaping Made Easy, a tropical wheat beer hopped with Saaz, Citra, and El Dorado. Expect a smooth, crisp body with hints of honey and tart citrus.

The beer is made from a heady concoction of herbs and plants known to be useful in calming down symptoms, including Motherwort, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Stinging Nettle, Mugwort, Rose, Chickweed and Damiana.

The home finale of the LumberKings season coincided with a regular promotion, $2 Tuesday: $2 tickets, $2 beers, $2 hot dogs. The weather was a 70-degree dream. Tornow told his staff to expect about 2,000 fans. Twice as many showed up, he said. Lines swelled at the concessions. He recruited board members to run registers. Tornow joined the fray.

After the festival weekend filled with pub tours and tank pours of Pilsner Urquell, the boys from Three Taverns returned to Atlanta and immediately started planning for the release of their own version of the Pilsen Liberation beer. It will be released on June 4th at both Three Taverns brewery locations. For this special celebration and beer release, Three Taverns will be pouring the beer at both locations in the traditional Czech method via the newly installed Czech-made Lukr side pull taps and serving the beer in dimpled Euro-style mugs printed with the Pilsen Liberation logo. The brewery will be selling these mugs in addition to other Pilsen Liberation-themed items.

The beer will be available for purchase at both locations in limited release 16oz. 4-pack cans. The cans were designed by Metaleap Creative to reflect the historicity of this important event and will forever have a home at Pilsner Urquell as the cans will be added to their storied archive collection at the brewery in Pilsen. After the celebration at Three Taverns on June 4th, limited amounts of the beer will be sent to market in both draft and 16oz. package form.
